Staff Workspace History Status Dialog Box

Use the Staff Workspace History Status dialog box to select the category that best describes the status of the selected workspace for the current staff member.

The list of workspace history status codes can be customized by using Proliance Local Admin. For more information, refer to the topic "Editing Lookup Items" in the Proliance Local Admin on-line help.

This dialog box displays the following controls:

  1. Specify your search options and then click Find.
  2. The search results appear in the list at the top.  

  3. Click Add next to the codes that best describe the history status of the workspace.
  4. The selected status codes are copied to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the status code.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected history status codes into the document.
