Reports Dialog Box - View Summary Tab

The View Summary tab in the Reports dialog box shows information about the register view currently in effect in the register being printed. Use this tab to verify that the information you need in the report is currently visible. If not, select another register view or create a new view.

The View Summary tab is located under the Standard tab and is visible only when printing a register.

The following information is shown for the view:

• View Summary: The title of the register view.
• Description: A description of the view, usually written by the person who created it.
• Columns: The items of information from the document that appear as columns on the register.
• Filtering: The item or items of information to which a filter has been applied in this view.
