Use the Lock User Account dialog box to lock a user account and enter the reason for locking it.
Locking the user account will prevent a user with a valid password from logging in to Proliance. The locked account must be manually unlocked by a user with the appropriate permissions assigned to their role.
Information about when the account was locked and by whom will display on the Account page in the Account Locked Date and Account Locked By fields respectively.
