Revenue/Expense Invoice Dialog Box

Use the Revenue/Expense Invoice dialog box to select the invoice from which you want to add line items to the current invoice.

This dialog box displays the following controls:

  1. Specify your search options and then click Find.
  2. The search results appear in the list at the top.

  3. Click Add next to the name of the invoice you wish to select.
  4. The invoice name is moved to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the invoice's name, or click Add to select another invoice.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected invoices' combined line items into the Line Items page as a single line item.
