Schedule Tasks Dialog Box

Use the Schedule Tasks dialog box to select the defined tasks to be managed through activity workflow.

This dialog box displays the following controls:

  1. Specify your search options and then click Find.
  2. The search results appear in the list at the top.

  3. Click Add next to the name of the task you wish to select.
  4. The task name is moved to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the task's name, or click Add to select another task.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected task into the document.
