Cost Accounts Dialog Box

Use the Cost Accounts dialog box to select the cost account to which you want to allocate the current allocation.

A cost account must have a workflow state of Active before it will appear in this dialog box.

This dialog box displays the following controls:

  1. Specify your search options and then click Find.
  2. The search results appear in the list at the top. Only Active cost accounts are found.

  3. Click Add next to the name of the cost account you wish to select.
  4. The cost account name is moved to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the cost account's name, or click Add to select another cost account.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected cost account into the document.
