Account Options Dialog Box

Proliance displays the Account Options dialog box when you click the Edit button on the Account page in the Portfolio or Workspacework area.

Use the Account Options dialog box to allow or disallow the user access to the current work area.

Workspace Access: Select or clear this check box to set whether the account can access the current workspace. If a user is denied access to a workspace, that workspace does not appear in their Workspaces register.

Portfolio Access: Select or clear this check box to set whether the account can access the current portfolio. If a user is denied access to a portfolio, that workspace does not appear in their Portfolios register. In the Workspaces work area, this field is replaced with Workspace Access.
