Daily Work Journal - Events

The Events page is used to record unplanned events or occurrences on the site that may affect liability or other issues in the future. Examples of events that might be noted on this page include: safety violations, accidents, or employee dismissals.

Enter edit mode to do the following:

To add an event, click Add Line. Enter the time of the event, then describe the event in the Event Notes box.
To remove an event, select the check box next to the event to remove and then click Remove Line(s).

Tip:

You can set up an auto-fill option on the Main page of the daily work journal set to automatically populate the Events page with information from the previous daily work journal document in the set.
