Cost Event - Financial Summary
The Financial Summary
page provides you with a summary of the total revenue and expense due
to the cost event line items. To ensure the summary is current, click
Recalculate on the Line
Items page of the cost event.
All information on the Financial
Summary page is display only.
The following information is described on this page:
- Revenue: A total of all revenue line items in the cost event. Proliance calculates
this by adding all the Applied Revenue
values for each revenue line item.
- Expense: A total of all expense line items in the cost event. Proliance calculates
this by adding all the Applied Expense
values for each expense line item.
- Over/Under: A positive number indicates you have not exceeded your budget, whereas
a negative number indicates you have exceeded your budget. Proliance calculates
this number by subtracting the Expense
Total from the Revenue Total.
