Invoice Package - Invoices

From the Invoices page, you add and remove invoices for the invoice package. The invoice package needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

Proliance displays the following columns of information for each invoice that you add to the package.

• Approved Date: The date when the invoice was approved.
• Contract Currency: The currency for the invoice's contract.
• Contract Number: The contract associated with the invoice. Click the Contract Number to view the contract document.
• Due Date: The date when the invoice must be fully paid.
• Invoice Number: The series of characters that uniquely identifies the invoice. Click the Invoice Number to view the invoice document.
• Current State: The current workflow state of the invoice.
• This Invoice Net Payable Amt: The currency amount that must be paid against the invoice, excluding retainage and committing taxes.
• This Invoice Total Payable Amt: The currency amount that must be paid against the invoice, including retainage and all taxes.
