Invoice - Financial Summary
The Financial Summary
page of an invoice provides you with
a quick, high-level overview of the progress that is being made against
the contract through invoicing. It also shows you how approved and pending
change orders have affected the
overall contract value. Proliance displays this information in terms of
the contract currency.
All information on the Financial
Summary page are display only.
This page summarizes information under these three columns:
- To Date: These are values from invoices up to and including the current invoice.
- Previous: These are values from all invoices previous to the current invoice.
- This Invoice: These are values from the current invoice only.
The Commitment Summary
section shows the original value of the contract, and how
changes have affected its value.
