Change Password Reset Security Questions

Use the Security Questions tab to change the question and answer selection for your security questions. Security questions are used to ensure a user's identity after the user has requested a password reset by clicking Forgot Password on the logon page.

You can change your password security questions quickly and easily by clicking the My Preferences icon found at the top of every Proliance page to access the My Preferences dialog box.

To change your security questions

1. Click the My Preferences icon.
2. Click the Security Questions tab.
3. For each of the Question and Answer field, choose a question and the corresponding answer.
4. Click OK.

When attempting to log on to Proliance after requesting a password reset, Proliance will prompt you to answer one of the three security questions. Only a correct answer will allow you to log on and change your password.
