Deactivating a Company

A company document can only be deleted from the Portfolios and Organization work area. If you do not want a company to be referenced to or used within a workspace, you can deactivate it from the Workspaces work area. After the company is deactivated, you can use your personal or shared views to filter out these deactivated companies. For information on how to use filters, see "About Register Views"

To deactivate a company document

  1. Open the Companies register.
  2. A list of companies is listed.

  3. Select the company to deactivate.
  4. The company document appears.

  5. Choose Workflow > Deactivate.
  6. Optionally select who will receive this document and click Execute.
