About the Certifications Tab

The Certifications tab displays a list of certifications held by a company.

You can open this tab from any type of company document, but keep in mind that the certifications displayed may differ depending on the work area:

ClosedFrom the Organization work area

When opened from a Company, Org Company, or Business Unit document in the Organization work area, the Certifications tab displays every certification defined for that company in the Organization work area. These certifications may or may not be used in your company's workspaces.

Changes made to a certification in this tab can be synchronized in any workspaces to which that certification has been added.

ClosedFrom the Workspaces work area

When opened from a Company document in the Workspaces work area, the Certifications tab displays each of that company's certifications that are currently being used in the workspace.

These certifications may have been added to the workspace from the Organization work area, or they may have been defined within the current workspace.

Note: Any of the company's certifications that have been defined in the Organization work area but have not been added to the workspace are not shown.

Note: The Certifications tab is only available for companies in the Organization and Workspaces work area.

The following table lists the specialized commands available on the Certifications tab. For more information about the standard commands available on the Certifications tab, see "Proliance Registers". Available commands are determined by the permissions in your security role.

Add selected certification to a workspace.

This option is available in the Organization work area and is located under Tools.

Tools > Add Selected to Workspace...

Add all certifications to a workspace.

This option is available in the Organization work area and is located under Tools.
