Removing Bidders from a Bid Package

You can remove bidders from a package at any time, regardless of the state of the package. When a bidder is removed from a package, all related documents, such as invitations, proposals and invitation addenda associated with the bidder are deleted from Proliance.

To remove a bidder from a bid package

1. Open the Bid Package register.
2. Open a bid package.

3. Click Bidders List.
4. On the Bidders List page, click Edit.
5. Select the check box to the left of the bidder to be deleted.
6. Click Remove.
7. In the confirmation dialog, click OK.
8. Click Save.
