Creating an Addendum

You can create a package addendum to specify any changes made to a package after it has been issued to bidders. All bidders, except for those who have declined their invitation, will receive an invitation addendum when a package addendum is issued. Bidders must acknowledge all of their invitation addenda before they can submit their proposal.

In order to preserve the sequence of issued addendum for auditing purposes, you can only work on one package addendum at a time. You must issue each addendum before creating the next addendum.

Tip

  • If one or more package addenda have been issued for the package before a bidder accepts their invitation, the bidder will gain immediate access to all previously issued addenda once they accept their invitation.
