Bid Package - References Tab

The References tab on the package contains sub tabs that display documents directly related to the current package:

Using the Addenda tab you can review, add and remove Bid Package Addenda documents for the current package. These addenda are also listed in the Bid Package Addenda register. For more information about the Addenda tab, see "About the Bid Package Addenda Tab".

Using the Invitations tab you can review the status of Bid Invitation documents that have been issued to bidders, and navigate to specific invitations. For more information about the Invitations tab, see "Invitations Tab".

Using the Proposals tab you can review the status of Bid Proposal documents that have been created for bidders, and navigate to specific proposals. For more information about the Proposals tab, see "Proposals Tab".

To open the References tab

  1. Open the Bid Package register.
  2. Select a package to open.
  3. Click the References tab.

    4. The Addenda, Invitations and Proposals tabs appear under the References tab.
