The Price Breakdown page of the Bid Invitation document
shows an itemized list of goods and services that are to be assigned values in the submitted proposal. The Price Breakdown page is read-only.
The following information appears on the Price Breakdown page.
- Description:
A field that shows the text entered in the Description field of the corresponding package.
- Bid Currency: A field that shows the currency in which the bidders must provide their quotes.
The following columns appear for each line item.
- Line No: A number that identifies the line item.
- Material or Work Description: A description of the line item.
- Type: Either Lump Sum or Unit Price.
- Qty: The number of units for the price breakdown item.
This field is available only when the Type column is set to Unit Price.
- UOM: The units of measure (UOM) the line item.
This field is available only when the Type column is set to Unit Price.
- Unit Code: A unit code for the line item.
This field is available only when the Type column is set to Unit Price.
- Notes: Additional details regarding the line item.
