Drawing – RFIs

The RFIs page of a drawing displays the RFIs that are currently referencing the drawing. Information about the RFIs is grouped under the RFIs category. This section shows the following information for each RFI.

• Title: The title of the RFI. In Read Mode, you can click the title to view the RFI. In edit mode, you can click the Magnifying Glass icon to change the RFI that the drawing is linked to.  
• Detail Section: A description of the RFI.
• Post Date:The day when the drawing was posted to the RFI.
• Impact Indicator Type: Lists the purpose of the drawing in the RFI. Examples of indicator types include Clarification or Revision.
• Note: Additional comments about the drawing and the RFI.

To remove the drawing from an RFI, first enter edit mode. Next, select the check box next to the RFI to remove and then click Remove Line(s). While you can remove a link between a drawing and an RFI on this page, you must use the RFI - Drawings page to link the drawings to other RFIs.
