Configure Activity Notifications
Proliance administrators can configure Activity Notifications using Proliance Local Admin and the Proliance WebUI. Once Activity Notifications have been configured using the WebUI, administrators can configure particular Activity document subtypes to use Activity Notifications. Administrators use security categories to designate the users that will receive notifications.
To set notifications for Activity document start dates
- In the Workspace area, click Administration > Scheduling > Activity Notification Settings
- In the Activity Notifications Settings area, click Edit.
- In the Activity Notification Settings dialog, enter the following information:
- Send reminder notifications for linked activity documents: [select Yes/No]
- Reminder lead time: [enter number of days between 0 and 30] before start of Activity
- Time between reminders: [enter number of hours between 1 and 720]
- Click Apply Changes to save your settings.
