User Licensing & Login Data - Reporting

The User Licensing & Login Data page of the reports provides access to a number of reports detailing license usage, as well as successful user log-ins for your Proliance Application.

These reports are created in Microsoft Excel format, and Proliance will allow you to either open the report in a new Excel window, or save it to a location of your choosing.

These reports are available within the Organization work area to any user who has been granted the "License & Login Reporting" security role.

The reports currently available are:

Report Type Description
Current License Types Summary This report displays of the numbers of each active license currently available and allocated.
Failed Login Attempts over a Time Period This reports displays all failed login attempts over a specified time period. (From & To Date parameters required)
User Licenses This report displays the users allocated to each active license within the Organization.
Licensing Data Log This report displays a complete record of all licensing activity (allocation & un-allocation) for a specified time period. (From & To Date parameters required).
Successful Logins Over a Time Period (Summary) This reports displays a summary of all successful logins for all users within this Org over a specified period of time. (From & To Date parameters required).
Successful Logins Over a Time Period (Detail) This reports displays a detailed record of all successful logins for all users within this Org over a specified period of time. (From & To Date parameters required).

ClosedRunning a Report

  1. In the Organization work area, click on User License & Login Data under the Reports side-bar menu item.

The User License & Login Data report register appears.

  1. Choose the report you wish to run from those displayed in the register by clicking on either its Report Title or Description.
  1. Enter a From Date and a To Date in the dialog provided if the report requires date parameters.
  1. Proliance displays a File Download dialog box that prompts you to either open or save the exported report.
