Deleting an External Report

If your security role has External Report Delete permission, you can delete external reports that are no longer in use. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete an external report

  1. Open the External Reports register.
  2. Select the check box next to the external reports you wish to delete and click Delete.
  3. — or —

    Open the external report and click Delete The delete button..

  4. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.
  5. The external report is deleted.
