Creating a Workspace Summary Collection

Proliance enables you to create any number of workspace summary collections for your organization. Each collection can have any number of workspace summaries. However, a collection can only have one workspace summary from each workspace.

To create a workspace summary collection

  1. Open the Workspace Summary Collection register.
  2. Click New.
  3. A blank workspace summary collection appears.

  4. Complete the following required fields:

  6. Click Save.
  7. Proliance creates the new collection. You can now assign a workspace summary to this collection. For more information, see "Assigning a Workspace Summary to a Collection".
