Creating a Workspace Summary Collection

Proliance enables you to create any number of workspace summary collections for your organization. Each collection can have any number of workspace summaries. However, a collection can only have one workspace summary from each workspace.

To create a workspace summary collection

1. Open the Workspace Summary Collection register.
2. Click New.

A blank workspace summary collection appears.

3. Complete the following required fields:
• Name:Type the name of the workspace summary collection. Ensure that this name is unique so that you can distinguish it from the rest.
• Description:Type the description of the collection.
4. Please refer to the following for more information on the fields on each page:
• Main
• Breakdown
5. Click Save.

Proliance creates the new collection. You can now assign a workspace summary to this collection. For more information, see "Assigning a Workspace Summary to a Collection".
