When you receive documents that contain currency information but are not specifically related to contracts, Proliance lets you assign a defined currency for these incoming documents. If the currency in the received document and the workspace currency have the same ISO currency code, Proliance offers the workspace currency as the default selection, but you have the option of choosing from any of your defined currencies. Proliance will remember your choice in the future for all non-contract specific documents from the same company and workspace.
