Lookup Editor – Associated Documents and Fields Tab

The Lookup & Document Type view on the main lookup register indicates the lookup type mapped to a specific field for a document type. The Associated Documents and Fields tab on the Lookup Editor lists the documents and fields in each document that uses an item code from the lookup type.

NOTES:

Information shown in this tab is for your reference only. To change lookup references, you must use Proliance Local Admin to edit the appropriate fields for the document.

Column Description
Document Type Name of the document (e.g., "Company")
Field Name Name of the field (e.g., "Company Type")
