The Assigned Workspaces tab in the Lookup Editor lists all the workspaces that are currently referencing the current lookup version. Information shown in this tab is for information only—to change the workspace assignments, use the Assigned Workspaces tab in the Lookup Version Manager.
Note: The Assigned Workspaces tab is available only for portfolio lookups. It is not displayed for organization or workspace lookups.
This tab displays the number and title for each workspace the current lookup version is assigned to.
