Setting Default Languages

You can define a default language for every work area. Default languages display when the current user's preferred language do not match the languages available in the work area.

To set the default language for an Organization

1. Click Administration > Configuration > Languages.
2. On the Languages register, click Edit.
3. In the Languages dialog, in the Default Language column, select a language as a default.
4. Click OK.

To set a default language for a Portfolio

1. In the Portfolio work area, click Administration > Portfolio Properties
2. In the Portfolio Properties register, click a Portfolio Properties document.
3. On the Portfolio Properties document, click the Languages page.
4. On the Languages page, click Edit.
5. In the Default column, select a language as a default.
6. Click OK.

To set a default language a Workspace

1. In the Portfolio work area, under Workspaces and Projects, click Workspaces.
2. In the Workspace Properties register, click a Portfolio Properties document.
3. On the Portfolio Properties document, click the Languages page.
4. On the Languages page, click Edit.
5. In the Default column, select a language as a default.
6. Click OK.
