Allocation Dialog Box

Use the Allocation dialog box to select an allocation from the current cost account.

This dialog box displays only those cost allocations from the selected cost account that have the same book type as the current allocation.

If this dialog box does not display any items, it could mean either of the following:

ClosedTo select an allocation

  1. Click Add next to the name of the allocation you wish to select.
  2. The allocation is moved to the list at the bottom. To cancel the selection of an entry, click Remove next to the allocation's name, or click Add to select another allocation.

  3. Click OK.
  4. Proliance closes the dialog box and enters the selected allocation into the document.
