Daily Work Journal - Visitors

The Visitors page of the daily work journal document is used to log information about visitors to the site.

You can enter or edit any of the following visitor information. Some information may already be entered if the visitor section was set to auto fill in the daily work journal set. You can change any auto filled information. All fields are optional.

• Arrival/Departure Time: Enter when the visitor arrived and departed, in the format hh:mm. Proliance calculates the Duration of the visit for you.
• Contract: Click the Magnifying Glass icon to select the contract associated with the visit, if any.
• Duration: Enter the duration of the visit, in the format hh:mm. If you specified Arrival/Departure times, Proliance calculates the length of visit for you. Note: Entering or modifying the duration will not affect the Arrival/Departure time.
• Notes: Enter any other notes or comments about the visit.
• Purpose of Visit: Describe the purpose of the visit.
• To See: Click the Magnifying Glass icon to specify the person the visitor is coming to see.
• Vehicle Information: Type any descriptive information about the visitor's vehicle.
• Visitor Company: Click the Magnifying Glass icon to select the company that the visitor belongs to.
• Contact Reference Information: Type the name of the person to contact if anyone has any questions about the purpose of the visit.
• Visitor Name: Type the name of the visitor.

The daily work journal document needs to be in edit mode before you can enter or modify any information.
