Open Cost Event Line Items

An open expense cost event line item is one that meets all the following conditions:

• the expense has not been handed off to a Schedule of Value line item on a committing document
• the line item type is either 'Expense' or 'Both'
• the parent cost event is in the Draft or Active states.

These line items are eligible to be handed off to expense committing documents.

An open revenue cost event line item is one that meets all the following conditions:

• the revenue has not been handed off to a Schedule of Value line item on a committing document
• the line item type is either 'Revenue' or 'Both'
• the parent cost event is in the Draft or Active states.

These line items are eligible to be handed off to revenue committing documents.
