Instruction - Line Items

The Line Items page contains the details about the instruction document. The instruction needs to be in edit mode before you can modify the fields.

• Line Number:Type a code that uniquely identifies this line item among the other line items.
• Description:Briefly describe the work or material that will be required. You can enter more information under Additional Note.
• Estimated Cost:Enter the estimated cost of the work or material that is described in this line item.
• Additional Note:Optionally type any additional notes relating to this line item.
• Total:The total estimated cost of all the line items on the page. Proliance updates the total when you save the document.

The following table summarizes the actions available for the instruction line items while in edit mode.

On the Line Items page, you can...	Click
Add a new instruction line item.	Add
Removes the selected instruction line item.	Remove
Increase the row height for each line item
Decrease the row height for each line item
