Finalize Items Wizard

The Finalize Items wizard guides you through the process of finalizing one or more cost event line items.

On this wizard, click Add/Remove to select the cost event line items to be finalized, then click OK to finalize the items.

Proliance lets you select from line items that meet the following conditions:

• The line item belongs to the selected cost event.
• If finalizing revenue, the line item type is 'Revenue' or 'Both' and the Final Revenue column is 0 (zero).
• If finalizing an expense, the line item type is 'Expense' or 'Both' and the Final Expense column is 0 (zero).
