Unit Price Contracts

At any time during the lifetime of a contract, you can specify that its Schedule of Values should show unit price information. A contract that features these additional columns is known as a unit price contract.

The additional columns on the Schedule of Values of a unit price contract are Scheduled Qty (Quantity), Scheduled Unit Price, and Scheduled UOM (Unit of Measurement). Proliance always keeps a contract's unit price information up to date, even when the unit price columns are not visible on the Schedule of Values.

To show unit price information on a contract

  1. Open the Contracts register.
  2. Select the contract to open.
  3. Click the Settings page.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Expand the General Settings section and then select the "Show Unit Prices" check box.

    6. The Schedule of Values now shows the three columns containing unit price information.
