When you attempt to approve a contract, Proliance verifies that:
If not, Proliance warns you that some or all of the required signatures are missing. You can then decide whether to continue. Normally, you can only approve the contract once all of the Required signatures have been received.
If the original contract amount is less than or equal to zero, Proliance will warn you when you attempt to approve the contract. You can then either cancel or continue the approval process.
