You can view the work area access rights for contacts or staff selected in the contacts and staff register. Proliance displays a report showing the selected individuals, the portfolios and workspaces they have been added to, and the access rights to those work areas.
To help organize the information in the report, you can select the column headers to sort in ascending or descending order. You can go to a specific work area listed in the report by selecting the portfolio or workspace hyperlinks.
You can Print the report and Export the contents to either a PDF file, an Excel data file or a character delimited data file.
To use the View Work Area Access tool
A table shows the portfolios and workspaces that the document has been exported to along with the security category that the staff/contact is a member of in the corresponding workspace/portfolio.
