            Synchronizing Calendars
Proliance allows you to create calendars at the organization
or within a workspace. Where and how a calendar is created determines the
 synchronization rules in effect:

            - Calendars sent from
the organization to a workspace are always linked. When you save changes
to the organization calendar, Proliance asks if you want to synchronize
all the workspace copies. If you decline the synchronization, you can manually
 synchronize later (described below).

            - Calendars that serve
as base calendars are automatically synchronized with the recipient calendars.
When you save changes to the base calendar, Proliance automatically updates
the recipient calendars the next time they are opened or saved. You will
 not be prompted.

            - Calendars created
within a workspace never affect calendars at the organization, unless the
workspace calendar is used as a base calendar.

            - Calendars created
within a workspace never affect calendars in other workspaces.

information, see "Using a Base Calendar vs. Importing a Calendar"
 in "Creating a New Calendar".
