Yes. You can withdraw proposal after it has been submitted. Withdrawing your proposal will make it ineligible for consideration in the bidding process.

1. Open the Bid proposal register.

2. Click Workflow > Withdraw Bid Proposal.
3. Click Execute.
   
   

Yes. When you accept a bid invitation after declining it, you can complete and submit a proposal as usual. In addition, if there are any addenda for the bid package, these will be made available to you as well. You must acknowledge all your addenda before submitting your proposal.

If you find that you can't submit your bid proposal, the reason may be one of the following:

• The bid competition deadline has passed or bidding has been closed.
• You have pending bid invitation addenda that you haven't yet acknowledged.
• You have declined your bid invitation after you have accepted it.
• You have not acknowledged the disclaimer on the Submission page.
