Deleting Activities

You can delete activity documents that are no longer used or relevant to your workspace.

NOTE:

  • Activity documents can only be deleted when they are in a Draft state.
  • When you delete an activity, it does not delete the linked task.

Your security role must have permission to delete activity documents. For more information, see "About Security Permissions".

To delete an activity

  1. Open the activity register.
  2. Select the check box next to the activity you wish to delete and click Delete.

    Open a activity document and click Delete The delete button..

  3. Click Yes when prompted to confirm.

    4. Proliance deletes the activity document.
