The Activity document can have several states in Proliance. Each state indicates where the document is in its life cycle in Proliance. When you perform workflow actions on the document, the state of the document changes accordingly.
If the Activity is linked to a planning object, the completion percentage of the planning object can be updated automatically. For example, when an Activity is set to the Completed state, the corresponding schedule task is set to 100% complete. For more information, see the Proliance Administration Guide.

A new activity is still in progress. It is not yet complete nor ready for approval. |

In Review |
The activity is currently being reviewed, but has not been approved or rejected. |

Approved |
The responsible user has approved the activity and resources can start working on assignments. |
4 | Rejected | The activity has been rejected by a user. |
5 | Completed | The activity document has been completed. |
6 | Canceled | The activity document is archived. |
